John M. Coster, RPh, PhD
John Coster is Vice President of Policy and Programs with NACDS. He is responsible for policy issues relating to federal health care programs, such as Medicare and Medicaid, and federal regulatory issues, such as the FDA. He is a 1984 graduate of St. John's University College of Pharmacy in New York and received his Masters and Ph.D. in Health Policy from the University of Maryland.
Sandra K. Jung, MS, RPh
Sandra Jung is the Vice President of Education with the NACDS Foundation. She is responsible for the development and execution of educational programs and activities associated with community pharmacy practice and the chain drug industry. Sandra earned her B.S in Pharmacy and M.S. in Pharmacy from The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy. She has practiced as a pharmacist in a community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy and home health care setting.
